e-RegisterNow offers a secure and powerful
administrative system that provides our clients with full
control to set up and manage their online payment processing
and event registration. The web based forms (templates)
allow for quick and simple setups and edits.
Manual entry functions are used to upload small or large
transaction batches or to process refunds. Refunds can not
exceed the actual amount charged to a credit card, but any
amount up to and including the charged amount is possible.
Some of the administrative functions available:
Set up and maintenance of events and control of properties
(name, event & registration dates, automated email
content, etc.)
Standard and customized questions can be easily added
to the registration forms
Constraint controls including limited number of seats
and automatic removal of events on a particular date
Registration data entry capabilities by an Administrator
or Cashier for those participants who submit their registrations
via mail, fax voice/phone or in person
Registration data search and update capabilities
Data extraction capabilities which allow interface
with existing back office systems
Ability to assign various administrative access levels,
including Full, Partial or None
Allows administrators to search for and modify registrants.
This includes moving a registrant from one event/course
to another and processing any financial consequences
of the move (admin fee, price reduction, etc.)
